We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice prior to any cancellations. we are a small business and This allows us enough notice to offer that appointment time to other customers, otherwise we’re all out of luck! Thanks for understanding.


Refund Policy

As a small business with limited capacity, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on purchases.  All sales are final.  Thanks for understanding.


Sick Policy

Due to the close nature of our services, we ask that if you are running a high-grade fever or feel especially unwell prior to your appointment to please give us a call and work with our front desk to reschedule. Our nurses and associates are like our family, and we want to always ensure their wellbeing, as well as yours!
