The Lowdown on our

Organic Spray Tan

  • We proudly provide a tanning solution that is naturally derived and Vegan, PETA certified, fragrance, paraben, and erythrulose free. It is derived from beets (!), but don’t worry , no funky orange color is anywhere in sight!

  • We recommend getting your (regular) spray tan done 24 - 48 hours in advance of your event.

  • Shower, shave and exfoliate the night before, and ideally NOT immediately before.

Exfoliating the skin ensures a flawless tan outcome. Keep you skin free of heavy lotions and oils so that the solution can adhere to your skin.

  • Wear dark loose-fitting clothing and loose shoes or flip-flops to your appointment.

Do NOT wear jeans, leggings, or fitted clothing - anything that clings will ruin the integrity of the tan and will rub off the solution before it has a chance to properly dry and soak in.

  • Typically no more than 15 minutes. We ask that you make sure your solution has dried on your skin after application before putting your loose, dark clothing back on.

  • Usually 7-10 days as long as you are not excessively showering, shaving, swimming or exfoliating. It also depends one the shade you chose and proper preparation.

  • Your tan is the LAST stop!

Complete ALL other services at least 24 hours before your tan, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, eyelashes, etc.

We offer a barrier cream to put on nails and areas where we don’t want to solution to accumulate.

Waxing is recommended at least 48 hours before your tan if possible.

  • Yes! Our formula is pregnancy and breast-feeding safe.

  • Our formula may discolor your clothing, but is washes out with a regular cleaning. It should not permanently stain your clothing, but we still recommend wearing dark-colored loose fitting clothing to your appointment.

Care & Maintenance

  • Spray tans require prep at least 24 hours or more before your session.

Make sure to shower, exfoliate, shave, get your manicure and pedicure and wax at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled spray.

Do not apply lotions or oils to your body beforehand.

Wear loose-fitting clothing (we recommend billowy, dark colored dresses / caftans or loose fitting dark shirts and pants) with loose sandals or slides.

Make sure to remove all makeup and deodorant as well.

  • Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will ask you about how saturated you would like your spray tan to be. We can work with you on the recommended darkness based on what you’re looking for (whether you’re looking for “just a glow” or a darker tone).

Once we know what you’re looking for, our staff member will lead you to our spray room, where you will disrobe.

We provide disposable hair nets (for protecting your strands), disposable thong underwear (in case you’d like some coverage), as well as lotion to apply to your cuticles so as not to stain your hands and toes.

From there we will discreetly apply the spray tan with a customized solution with our airbrushing technique. Once applied, we turn on an automated fan for you to stand and wait for the solution to dry.

We ask that you let the solution fully dry before putting on your clothing.

Once you’re dry, you can dispose of the underwear and hair nets in the room, and be on your way!

  • After your spray, you just sit and let it develop!

We recommend that you do NOT exercise or do any activity where you might sweat the tan off. Additionally, do not shower before 6-8 hours for our regular tan solution and 4 hours for our rapid tan solution.

During your first shower post-spray you might see a little bit of the solution come off - this is normal! Do not apply lotions or oils following your shower as these strip the formula off your skin.

    Just wash & go!

In the week or so following your spray tan, you may see it come off in patches - just exfoliate these off, and schedule your next one to get back to your glowy self!
