Our one-on-one sessions help identify specific needs and create a tailored plan. In the first session, a complete assessment is conducted to determine the client’s current health status, followed by regular sessions to track progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide support, accountability, and motivation that help clients adopt and sustain lasting changes.

Meet Your Coach

Price White, BSN, RN, NC-BC

Price is Board Certified Integrated Nurse Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Practitioner. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has a background in Adult Critical Care. Price went on to receive her health coach certification from the International Nurse Coach Association and completed her training in Functional Nutrition from MindBodyGreen. She brings a passion for using food as medicine to her coaching practice and helping her clients connect with their bodies’ own innate wisdom.

  • Before signing up for Health Coaching sessions, it’s helpful to have a clear idea of your health goals and any challenges you’ve faced. After beginning the program, staying committed to the plan and following the coach’s recommendations to achieve the best results is essential.

  • The frequency of sessions with your health coach depends on your needs and goals. Typically, clients meet with their coach weekly or bi-weekly to ensure consistent progress and support.

  • Some insurance plans may cover it, especially if it is part of a broader wellness program. However, you should still check with your insurance provider to clarify if Health Coaching is covered under your plan.
