Regenerative Aesthetics in Charlottesville, VA

At Well Room our goal is to harness and support your body’s own natural potential.  We proudly offer various ways to help you maintain and restore your skin’s natural beauty with regenerative options.

  • EZ Gel PRF

100% natural and regenerative option for collagen stimulation and volume loss.  This biofiller is derived from growth factors and albumin from your own blood. It stimulates collagen, smooths lines, and brightens skin.  It can be used anywhere on the face, but it is especially helpful for under-eye (tear trough) hollowing.

  • Sculptra®

a PLLA or plant-derived poly L-lactic acid.  This treatment activates your skin’s natural power to revitalize collagen production for a more youthful appearance. Sculptra is a unique aesthetic treatment due to its ability to stimulate collagen. This is a great treatment to not only restore collagen loss, but it also helps to preserve and prevent collagen loss. It does not offer volumization such as a filler, but rather works like ‘miracle grow’ to stimulate collagen production. The result is smooth, plump, more resilient skin of youth. Typically, several sessions are required for optimal results, which are cumulative and lasting.

  • Radiesse

a Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) type of filler that consists of a substance you have in your bones. CaHA fillers are often used for deeper wrinkles and to support bone loss along the jawline. It can be used in dilution for biostimulation of areas showing bone and collagen breakdown.

  • Exosomes

Exosomes are a powerful advancement in regenerative aesthetic medicine. They are small vesicles that carry various molecules like proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, which can influence skin cells' behavior by communicating with surrounding cells and telling them how to behave. We use young, umbilical-derived exosomes to stimulate regeneration and healing, essentially prompting a cell to behave as a young cell. Exosomes can be used to reduce scars, speed up healing time, improve skin quality, and turn the clock backwards inside your cell's DNA.  Exosomes can be applied topically in serums or used in in-office treatments like microneedling or laser treatments.

  • Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Called liquid gold for good reason, PRP is filled with growth factors and exosomes that promote cell growth, repair, and regeneration. This safe and natural treatment provides incredible regenerative outcomes. PRP stimulates the body's natural healing processes, leading to improvements in skin texture, reduced fine lines, and a more youthful appearance. We use PRP to address under eyes, scars, acne, skin rejuvenation, and more.  PRP begins by drawing your blood,  spinning it in our centrifuge, and separating the platelet-rich plasma, stem cells, and fibrin to be injected back into the targeted area or applied topically following RF or regular microneedling.

HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

  • Here we analyze your face and skin, discuss goals, and treatment options.   We will work together to create a plan based on your goals, timing, and budget.  This is a thorough consultation to make sure we’re aligned and a good fit!  If you’re new, book an initial consultation for this meeting.

  • If you’re an established patient and we have a plan in place, this is where you book a follow-up. For most clients, this allows enough time for a basic neurotoxin or filler appointment.  If we need more time, we will have planned that in your consultation.

  • If we’ve just started working together, a 2-week follow-up is where I learn the most about you and your response to treatment. It allows us to get your treatment just right. This is typically a quick follow-up, usually taking about 15 minutes, and it is best scheduled within 2-3 weeks following treatment.
