A quick shower before your session will cleanse your skin and help open pores, allowing for better detoxification and improved skin health during your infrared sauna experience.
Opt for loose, breathable clothing or a towel for your session.
Avoid caffeine or alcohol before your sauna session, as they can increase dehydration, which may reduce the benefits of the sauna.

After your sauna session, it’s crucial to drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body and replenish fluids lost through sweating.
Avoid jumping into cold water or abruptly cooling your body, as this can disrupt your system. Simply relax for a few minutes after your session to allow your body temperature to return to normal.
Use a good quality moisturizer to hydrate and soothe your skin.
Give yourself some time to relax. The infrared sauna helps with muscle recovery, so allow your body to rest for optimal results.
