Registered Nurse for 8 years in post op cardiac surgery and medical ICUs. Nurse education has been an important aspect of my time working as an RN. I enjoy sharing nursing knowledge about wellness with the WellRoom community. 

Free Time & Hobbies?

Running, yoga, hosting family and friends, and spending time outdoors are my main hobbies. I met my husband in nursing school at East Carolina University and we’ve been married since 2021. We have a cat and a dog, and I became a new mom to our daughter in 2025.
