Medical Card

We will meet via telemedicine conference to determine your eligibility for a Virginia Medical Card.* If approved, you will receive a certificate from our Medical Director that will allow you access to Virginia Cannabis dispensaries.

Consultation: $50 for an evaluation for both new cards and renewals.

New Patients: $120 balance will be due only if you are approved and qualify for a medical card.

Certificate Renewals: $70 balance will be sure if you are approved for renewal and received your original card from Megan Kingdon. Otherwise you are considered a new patient.

If you are not approved $50 evaluation fee will be refunded.

No shows will not be refunded.

After booking, you will be provided certifications and full instructions on how to proceed.
